Preserve upstream REVM CLAUDE.md verbatim at the top so future upstream merges apply cleanly, then append all Seismic-specific context below a clear separator. Seismic sections include: build prerequisites (GMP, Rust 1.88.0), correct lint commands (two-tier clippy), storage opcode semantics matrix, precompile reference table, full semantic test guide with all 4 configurations and --unsafe-via-ir flag (aligned with /ssolc-tests skill), CI details, code style, troubleshooting.
