The total count is still always displayed. This count is only visible when it differs from the total, and doesn't affect the limit exceeded message.

Code is not great nor robust, just a convenience tool.

This doesn't replace normal token count and is only showed if the counts
differ.

This is not a particularly robust or neat solution, but it makes working
within the contraints while still maintaining some debug easier to me.

Excludes line beggining with "System.Console.Write" or "Console.Write"

I believe this counts as an API change, and therefore is not likely to be implemented since it is after August 1. I suggest closing this PR.
