Summary

• adds one inactive support-ticket triage workflow under templates/support/
• uses three fully synthetic tickets
• asserts category, priority, SLA, and next-step outputs
• contains no credentials, webhook, or external-call nodes

Validation

• JSON parses successfully
• source matches the MIT-licensed standalone sample except for line-ending normalization
• imported and executed successfully in an isolated n8n 2.30.6 database: all three nodes succeeded and final assertions reported passed=3, failed=0
• repository Astro build was attempted twice locally but exceeded 2-minute and 5-minute execution limits on the 17k-file tree; no build-pass claim is made
