Full push task

Creates a gradle task which:

• Is writted ./gradlew fullPush/fP -Pm="commit message"
• Runs spotless
• Builds
• stages and commits with new commit message if there's any new changes
• pushes any new commits
• will cancel if any of these tasks fail or if there is a merge conflict

If a merge conflict does occur, you have to commit manually. You're free to use this to still employ spotless and build after, but you can't also use it to commit if you've just resolved a merge conflict.
