More keyboard shortcuts in animation bar

• Ctrl + Left Arrow / Right Arrow = go to first / last frame of animation
• Up Arrow / Down Arrow = change animation speed by 0.01
• Ctrl + Up Arrow / Down Arrow = change animation speed to multiple of 0.25
• Space = play or pause animation

Also small change

• Left Arrow / Right Arrow = go to nearest whole number frame

Snapping to integer frames with the left/right arrow makes sense. The other shortcuts may need to be adjusted later. They only apply while the animation bar is hovered, so I'm fine with merging what you have.
