Restrict the documented repair/backfill path to releases supporting prebuilt runtime-wheel manifests (v0.1.4 onward). Direct portable-only v0.1.1 users to upgrade, since its immutable installer and manifest cannot use the new runtime bundle format.
Validation: documentation tests and diff checks pass.
