📦 Getting Started Installation:-

1. Clone the repo git clone https://github.com/Samikshacode934/-zero-touch-helpdesk-.git cd -zero-touch-helpdesk- pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Create your .env file Configuration:- Copy .env.example to .env and fill in: SLACK_BOT_TOKEN=xoxb-... SLACK_APP_TOKEN=xapp-1-...
