Summary

  • add env-driven configuration, caching, timeouts, circuit breakers, remote aggregation, metrics, and graceful degradation to @scribemed/health
  • document the new health capabilities and instrument coding, transcription, documentation, and auth services with the richer handlers
  • expose Prometheus metrics everywhere and add readiness/liveness endpoints to auth so platform health is consistent end-to-end

  • pnpm --filter @scribemed/transcription-service run test
  • pnpm --filter @scribemed/documentation-service run test
