This pull request supplements #73.
It fixes the --writeup-type normal flag error, enabling the application to correctly generate theses other than the ICBINB-style thesis.
Specifically, this update ensures that the writeup generation pipeline recognizes and handles the "normal" type properly in the argument parser and downstream writeup logic.
