Summary
The current
.github/CODEOWNERSreferences external handles (@JakeHartnell,@dimiandre,@niilptr,@vexxvakan) that are not Safrochain organization members — likely a leftover from the upstream fork. Every PR opened against this repo auto-requests reviews from people outside the org.Changes
