This PR adds a new column (
tdb-ut) to the ephemeris. This is the offset between the time in UT and the time in TDB, in seconds. It can be used to convert the time from the UT scale to the TDB scale. This is useful when comparing the ephemeris to TESS data, which uses the TDB scale as default.
