Welcome to the official code repository for the KHDP (Korea Health Data Platform) dataset. This repository contains source code, analysis scripts, and supporting materials for utilizing the KHDP dataset for research and development.
The KHDP dataset is a de-identified, standardized health data platform authorized by the Korean government. It provides access to comprehensive multimodal healthcare data including clinical records, laboratory results, imaging, genomics, and biosignals from multiple participating institutions.
Due to privacy regulations, the KHDP dataset is not publicly available. Researchers can request access through the KHDP platform with appropriate IRB approval.
