Added the Surface Number Block, a panel mount variant of the Number Block. I already translated the part name, description, and keywords to all of the other supported languages. However, the translations might be a bit rough as I just used ChatGPT.
I also fixed two small imperfections in the BCD.png texture which made both the Surface Number Block and the normal Number Block a tiny amount nicer.
