- added Docker secrets functionality for Keycloak
- updated docker files
- tidy up keycloak variables (duplicity, not used..)
- update documentation
- server example changes reverted back (due distributed dockers)
- Existing users: TARANIS_NG_KEYCLOAK_CLIENT_SECRET variable moved to docker secret file (need set up after Taranis update)
