  • added special CWE attribute
  • added parsing for XML dictionary for command line upload
  • frontend button for reload
  • updated README files
  • created migrations
  • excluded migrations folder from flake8 check, because it was too annoying

I tested it for new install and it works fine, maybe some additional testing on existing populated DB would not be a bad idea
