This entire mod focus is all modifiers. Your goal is to decide what modifiers you deem necessary to better your nation against others.
- Urban Center: Gives Factory Throughput (Requires More Tech to increase level)
- Farmland Expansion: Increases Farmland Size (Great for focusing specific rgo's like silk)
- Mine Expansion: Increases mine size (Requires More Tech to increase level)
Most or all nations will have a Tradition modifier (Ex: France)
1 Research Point Cost Tech that gives you bonuses
You can choose one of the following every 10-15 years (Modifiers do not stack).
WARNING You can't get rid of the modifier once you've selected it.
Every row of tech you complete will give you a bonus modifier which can be viewed under the Row Completion Tab.
Ex: Industry Row Completion 1
When completing the highlighted Tech you will get the Industry Row Completion 1 tech unlocked.
Province selector is unlocked one month after game start and can be opened when selecting a specific province.
Province Selector is a State and Province Modifier screen each with bonuses you can select.
Reforms are very different from normal mods
- Research & Development: As your literacy goes up you can increase the R&D to get more Research Points with a tax debuff.
- Conscription: You can move up or down for Troop XP or Mob Size.
- Healthcare: Requires Medicine tech and can be changed via a decision.
