1SG Taylor is a First Sergeant for A Company, 2-22 INF 10th Infantry Division, 10th Mountain. He is 35 year old and earns $65,000 annually. He joined the army after high school graduation and only took a few college classes at an online university to get promoted to a First Sergeant. He spends most of the time training the soldiers and not only is he responsible for the readiness of soldiers, he’s also responsible for all unit level tasks and duty rosters. One of his worst responsibilities is creating the DA Form 6 Duty Roster for Battalion Staff Duty Runner because he has more than 300 Soldiers that are ranked at E-4 and below. As it takes him an entire day to process the DA Form for a list that size so he tends to smoke a lot while working on the Form.
