Added a new CSS Skew Active Modal showcase example for creative portfolio layouts. The component is built using pure HTML and CSS with smooth skew animations, responsive design, CSS custom properties, and accessibility support.

Notes for Maintainer

This is my implementation of a CSS Skew Active Modal for creative portfolio layouts. Feedback and suggestions for improving the animation or styling are welcome.
