This generated a lot of warnings of the following type:
warning: * PTX:WARNING: There is an apparent XML element (<term>) inside an <c> element, which should only contain text. Using an escaped "less than" ('<') might be the solution, or using a CDATA section.

Indexed terms in chapter 7. I put any terms that are commands, classes, etc. in c tags so they will appear as code in the chapter. Please let me know if you would like me to remove the c tags!
