Stress Detection project using python GUI

Used 3 PNG files and 10 global questions for stress detection

imported TKinter

used all 10 questions and setup a mark for each correct or wrong answers

final output will show the image with the text saying "You have low stress" along with a PNG image, "Moderate stress level" along with PNG image, "High level of stress" along with a PNG image.

all the above final out put with a text and image will be based on the score achieved.
