Aligns the docs with what's now on main: the released v0.2.0 (Fase 5) and the just-merged Fase 6 slice 1 — local MCP server (#33).

README

  • Features: new Local MCP server row.
  • Status + roadmap: Fase 5 ✅ Done (v0.2.0), Fase 6 🚧 Active (slice 1 shipped); status badge → v0.2.0 + MCP.
  • "How it works" diagram + project structure: McpServerModule, lib/mcp/, app/mcp, mcp_clients.

docs/ARCHITECTURE.md

  • §3.5 — MCP Server component (native dumb-transport + auth gate vs TS engine).
  • ADR-017 — MCP server: LAN bind, read-only tools, TS-owned tokens, data-not-answers, minimal Streamable HTTP.
  • §8.1 Threat Model — LAN attack surface, mitigations, and honest limits (no TLS, background-throttling) for slice 1.

docs/SPEC.md

  • §2.3 — mcp_clients table (migration v3).
  • §3.2 — note on the three returnsData tools exposed over MCP.
  • §5.4 — McpServerModule (Kotlin) native contract.

docs/PRD.md

  • §5.6 — MCP user stories (US-50…US-53).
  • Roadmap: Fase 5 → Done, Fase 6 → in progress with slice 1 shipped.

Docs-only; verified against the merged code. Code fences balanced, no section renumbering.
