Improve profile creation logs and download UX - #8

Add detailed logging and error diagnostics in AppleConnectService (log fetched certificates, input params, parsed profile type, response id, and exception details). Update CreateProfileDialog: switch step rendering to method calls, reorder macOS profile group, enforce Developer ID certs for direct distribution, adjust device/platform matching logic, and add GetFriendlyErrorMessage to surface clearer user-facing errors. Update ProvisioningProfiles: default downloads to the user's Downloads folder, add "Download to..." folder picker, sanitize filenames and avoid overwrites by suffixing, and show toast/alert feedback on success/failure. These changes improve debugging and the user experience when creating and downloading provisioning profiles.
