Modal to Update Location

How does this component do -

• When we click on the update location link, a modal is opened to update the location on the Profile page.
• The Places are fetched from Geolocation API.
• There are two select fields to send notifications to and reasons for relocation.
• Submit button to save the changes and close the Modal.
• The Modal looks like this.
