There is a need to benchmark and test ck Tile convolution. This will be implemented using the builder but in the meantime some tool is needed.

Testing

The tests and examples are building successfully (locally). Wait for CI
The Default epilogue appears to be broken. Modified to use Set memory operation unconditionally to avoid compilation failures in backward FMHA and universal gemms.
