AI 팀의 PORT가 확정되어야 테스트 가능
[BAK-55] [기능] Annotation (PostgreSQL) #50 merge
위 task 완료 후 rebase, force push, merge 순으로 진행
현재는 Mock Data로 구성
임시 테스트를 위해 AI 서버로 보낼 requeset body가 자동으로 출력되도록 세팅해놓았으니 어노테이션 생성 API를 실행해 콘솔 확인
