Don't backport this one.
It should be included when the breaking changes (specifically, from this PR QuEraComputing/bloqade-circuit#470) get released and we update bloqade to the respective compat.
Also, builds on the main branch that also use bloqade-circuit's latest main branch will fail until this is merged, e.g. https://github.com/QuEraComputing/bloqade/actions/runs/17257395055
