Improving project code configuration #31

This PR:

Introduces a new pyproject.toml file to define the overall repository
Improve existing pyproject.toml repos for the different mcp servers to normalize them and improve how dependencies are managed
Introduces bandit as dependency to introduce the detection of security issues (to be added later a new PR with workflow improvements)
Introduces repo-level configuration for mypy
Introduces repo-level configuration for ruff
Replaces outdated links

Fixes #37
