@niloydebbarma-code sorry for the slow response. We've had a discussion and we decided not to accept this project at this time. The reason is that it looks like this package doesn't currently add any functionality that doesn't already exist in the core Qiskit SDK. The only exception being the Shor code function. Your project did have tests and was very readable which is great! Once you've fleshed it out a bit, please feel free to apply again.
