changes:

  • added 'net' network to postgres and redis containers in docker compose
  • basic implementation of buttons to chat with failuredb or create fmea
  • refactored code in failbot/failbotUI.py and failures/networks/models.py to use updated openai sdk
    • langchain still warns about using legacy 'ConversationChain'. switching from 'predict' to 'invoke' is better, but may be worth switching to use the modern LangChain Expression Language that the warning talks about
