1.0 Complete version

This printer is inspired by the Voron 0.2 and it is expected to be built at very low costs.
The printer is basically done. I've been running this version for 100 hrs or so and there are no problems.

Future

Futural changes are expected to be minor

• Might upgrade the printer feet
• Might optimize bed gantry

Or there might be no updates at all because Github is making 2FA mandatory and I can't do that. My phone can't run the auth apps they asked for and I am in a region that they won't send SMS messages too.

I might just be kicked out from Github. I do not guarantee that there will be any improvements. However, MODS are welcome!
