Significantly expanded the "Using the Web Interface" documentation page with comprehensive guidance on all web editor features. Added detailed sections covering file review and navigation, keyboard shortcuts (Cmd+S, Cmd+M, Cmd+I), editing capabilities, comments, feedback system, follow-on changes, image management, change timeline, metadata management, and key actions. Used Fern components (Steps, Tip, Note) for better structure and user experience. Based on analysis of web UI source code files provided by Adit.
