Starter code and figma image for the Department Filters, which will filter courses by departments when clicked on.
Was able to translate the JSX code to TSX, however it errors. Will fix next week
Edited a lot of the code to make it more mobile friendly, and removed a duplicate route to the filter that wasn't needed.
Was just using it as a reference, no need for this anymore
