The program asks the user to choose the type of conversion they want to perform: Celsius to Fahrenheit or Fahrenheit to Celsius.
Then, the program asks the user to input a temperature.
Based on the user's choice, the program converts the temperature to the desired unit (Celsius to Fahrenheit or Fahrenheit to Celsius).
After performing the conversion, the program displays the result to the user.
The program repeats this process until the user chooses to exit.
