This fork [mostly] fulfills every requirement that were listed in the requirements list.
This program can create, edit, search for, and delete files.
This program is [hopefully] well-documented , implements dart's null-safety feature, follows proper code structuring and formatting, and handles [most] errors using a combination of throws() and try-catch blocks.
As for the need to implement classes and constructors, I wholeheartedly believe that making an interface-like abstract class would be far more beneficial for the program by having only one static object handle all file operations. I wholeheartedly seek your criticisms.
