Extract
relarena.coreinto the independently installablerelarena-corepackage. Update imports and dependencies, add entry-point model discovery, and verify core works without either consumer. TabPFN-Rel remains in the host at this layer.Validation: Python 3.11/3.12 tests, pinned pre-commit checks, and wheel/sdist builds. Core-only installation: 100 tests passed.
