Summary

Let's add support for managing concurrency limits via the Terraform provider.

Resources

Acceptance criteria

  • Task Run Concurrency limit resource is added
  • Clarify (and fix, if needed) concurrency vs concurrency V2 APIs
  • Global Concurrency Limit resource is added
  • Global Concurrency Limit datasource is added

We've added support for a prefect_concurrency_limit resource in 2.14.0. Support for a matching datasource is planned 👍🏼
