  • Make automatic tap changer not experimental anymore
  • Bump version

Preview of release notes (full changelog to be re-generated)

Is this PR ready to be approved? Interesting to see the Newton Raphson in extra params still got exp features?

Yes it is ready for approval.

The ones that were marked experimental were all related to auto tap
