[ENHANCEMENT] Enhance Flux theme visuals and move tabs above the card

Description

Improves the visual of the Flux theme and fixes the tabs placement.

Tabs

• Moved the status tabs from inside the card (header.tabs zone) to above it (top zone), so they render as a standalone bar over the table card.
• Removed the now-unused pg-tabs-row block from the shared header view.
• Added space-y-4 to the grid container (layout.container) to space the tabs from the card.

Table / header visual (Flux)

• Column headers now use font-medium + text-sm and drop tracking-wider for a cleaner, more legible look (aligned with flux:table.column).
• First/last columns get a ps-4/pe-4 gutter via logical properties (first:ps-4 last:pe-4) so they line up regardless of content (checkbox, radio or data), while inner cells keep px-3.
• Standardized cell padding to py-3 across header and body.
• Removed the oversized px-6 padding from the checkbox/radio columns.
• Checkbox input now has an explicit background (bg-white dark:bg-white/10).
• Filter dropdown panel gets responsive lg: positioning (anchored to the trigger on large screens, full-width overlay on small).

Build

• The Tailwind @source now scans src/Themes/**/*.php (previously only Tailwind.php), so theme class-strings defined in Flux.php/DaisyUI.php are compiled by the JIT.
