Problem

In the account menu, users click their own organization's row and nothing happens. Session recordings show repeat clicks on it, and one session fired a rage click.
The row renders as an active, full-width menu button with hover styles. The click handler ignores clicks on the current item.
The current-project row in the project switcher has the same guard and the same dead click.
After the dead click, users went to organization settings, so settings is the page they wanted.

Draft #103004 edits the same two files, including the ButtonPrimitive of the current-organization row. Whichever PR merges second needs a small rebase. This PR targets master because #103004 is behind master.

How did you test this code?

Ran pnpm --filter=@posthog/frontend typescript:check. No errors in the changed files.
Ran oxlint and oxfmt --check on both files. Both pass.
Rendered both switchers in a local Storybook (scratch story, not committed) and clicked each current row with Playwright:
- Current-organization row: router path changed from /project/997 to /project/997/settings/organization.
- Current-project row: router path changed from /project/997 to /project/997/settings/project.
- The hover tooltip "Organization settings" shows on the current-organization row.
Not checked: the close of the account submenu in the full app, because Storybook renders the switcher on its own.

Test rationale: No new test. The change wires an existing click to router.actions.push with an existing urls helper. A component test would only repeat the handler. The data-attr values make the result measurable in production instead.
