Problem
People who inspect Modeling lineage graphs face inconsistent node movement and canvas controls across graph surfaces.
This follow-up to #110638 tests the canvas with dense graphs and separates graph navigation from resource actions.
Why: Consistent controls make large graphs easier to understand without covering the relationships people need to inspect.
Changes
The drag and tooltip changes are interaction-only, so the still images do not show them.
