Each output file must also stay below 10 MB, where CloudFront stops compressing it. The module boundary is enforced separately by check-toolbar-graph.

Two optional props, both no-ops when unset: - projectId makes the card's links open the insight in that project. - contextHeading renders a label in the card's top heading line. Single-project dashboards pass both, so nothing changes there, and a card without the handlers no longer shows buttons that do nothing.

Problem
An insight card that shows an insight from another project links to the wrong project. Its title, View, Edit and copy links always target the current project.
This is the bottom layer of the cross-project dashboards stack. The top layer, #109768, renders tiles from several projects on one page and needs each card to link to its own project.
Changes
projectIdis a new optional prop. When it is set, the title, View, Edit, SQL editor and copy links open the insight in that project.contextHeadingis a new optional prop. It renders above the card's top heading. The cross-project tile puts its project name there.Nothing changes for existing callers.
DashboardItemsis the only other caller, it passes neither new prop, and it passes both handlers. So this PR has no screenshot.How did you test this code?
Test rationale: No new test in this layer. The tile test in #109768 checks that a cross-project tile passes its project to the card. The
InsightCardand dashboard suites ran locally, becauseInsightMetachanged.Checked by hand on a local stack, from the top layer: a tile's title, View and Edit links open the insight's own project.
Release status
No existing caller passes the new props, so no user sees a change until #109768 ships behind its flag.
