Agents pushing a restacked stack saw cancelled runs next to green ones and pushed again, which starts another pair of runs. The skill now says why one push starts every workflow twice and how to push layers to avoid it. For the cancelled run that remains, it points at the rerun recipe in merging-prs instead of repeating it, and at the retry steps the Depot relay prints.
