Remove the module docblock that narrated the drag-and-drop call sequence, the branch comments that repeated the code under them, and the Step 1/2/3 labels on adjacent statements. Keep the comments that carry constraints the code does not show: the drop target ID format, the arrayMove injection, the path adjustment after removal, and the ordering requirement for nid resolution.
