Document when datasets and older revisions expire after inactivity. Explain which actions restart retention, the expiry warning, and what happens to saved evaluation data.

Update existing history descriptions and link the policy from the offline evals guide.

• Local browser verification is blocked because the development server requires a missing Ashby API key.
