This PR replaces #21555 by Brian. That PR has unsigned commits, so it cannot merge. This PR has a signed commit.

Some sources in the integrations library share a slug with a hand-written docs page. For example, PlanetScale MySQL and PlanetScale Postgres. Before this change, Gatsby created an API-generated page at the same path, and that page replaced the hand-written page. Thus PlanetScale MySQL opened a page with only Postgres docs.

Now gatsby/createPages.ts does not create an API-generated source page when a hand-written docs page already uses that path.

The other part of #21555 (the mdx { fields { slug } } field in the integrations library sources query) is already on master, so this PR does not include it.

Why: Some links in the integrations library open the wrong docs page. Brian is out, so this PR rebuilds the approved fix with a verified signature.

This is not a visual change, so it has no screenshots.

Prettier (v2, the repo version) passes on the changed file. I did not run pnpm build or the dev server in this environment. The code is the same as #21555, which had a passing pnpm build. Please check /docs/data-pipelines/sources/planetscale in the Vercel preview.
