Executive summary: The JobNimbus source guide showed a manual list of 4 tables. The source has 16 tables. This PR removes the manual list. The generated <SourceTables /> section is now the only table list on the page.

Problem

• A reader sees the manual list first and can think that JobNimbus syncs only contacts, jobs, tasks, and activities.
• The source also has payments, estimates, invoices, products, work_orders, material_orders, budgets, users, workflows, lead_sources, groups, and units_of_measure.
• The manual list must be updated each time the source gets a new table. The generated table updates automatically.

Changes

• Remove the manual ## Available tables section.
• Move the "full refresh" note above <SourceTables />. This note is still correct: the source has no incremental fields for any table.
• Change the API key scope sentence in step 3. It now refers to CRM records, sales documents, and account settings, not to 4 tables.

Checks

• Prettier: no changes to the file.
• Skipped: the Gatsby dev server (pnpm start). The sandbox cannot do a full Gatsby build. This change removes Markdown only and does not change components.
• No screenshots: this content PR does not change navigation.

Agent context

• I compared the page with JOBNIMBUS_ENDPOINTS in the PostHog source settings (16 entries, INCREMENTAL_FIELDS is empty).
• I did not update the manual list to 16 rows. Two lists would get out of sync again.
