Changes

Updates the Bland AI data warehouse source documentation to reflect the 5 new tables added in PostHog/posthog#118970:

• call_events - Event stream data per call
• web_agents - Web agent configurations
• pathway_versions - Pathway version history
• eval_runs - Evaluation runs
• eval_call_results - Evaluation call results

Documentation updates

1. Updated intro paragraph to mention the new data types (event logs, web agents, eval results)

2. Expanded Sync modes section to document:

   • call_events is disabled by default (like call_transcripts) because it makes one extra API request per call
   • eval_runs and eval_call_results are disabled by default because Evals must be enabled on the Bland AI organization

The table list auto-generates from get_documented_tables() via the <SourceTables /> component, so the new tables will appear automatically.
