This fixes stats reading for the Japanese version on both summary screens and level-up dialogue boxes.

I've also tried to fix issues with reading HP. The previous way of handling the "/" character separating current and total HP was hard to get working for both 2 and 3 digit HP totals, so I've switched to a new approach.
