First Version with Card Exchange (unstable)

Card exchange at beginning of new round is implemented

Limitations
Unstable: If you exchange more cards than mandatory, game will crash
Incomplete: Card exchange is not being verified, ie even when you have to pass your highest cards, you may still select an arbitrary low one.
