Releases: Plactrix/TokoVoIP_v2
v2.0.4
Changes to v2.0.3
First things first, I would like to clarify I do not own the original code of TokoVoIP. I simply am just maintaining it so server owners can continue using it. Go check out the original owner, Itokoyamato.
Change Log:
- Updated ws_server dependencies
- Updated TS Plugin to use API 26
Our To-Do List:
- Add an option in the config to be able to move the "[TokoVoip]" text around (Top left, Top right, Bottom left, Bottom right, etc) - Being worked on
- Create an external program so you can connect to toko's radio frequencies (Useful for things such as dispatchers) - Being worked on
- Add compatibility to the blocking screen for monitors over 1920x1080
-
Completely recode the TS3 Plugin to use more modern modules -
Rewrite ws_server with updated dependencies
Update Instructions
Firstly start by deleting ALL previous TokoVoIP files as they may interfere with the new version and will not work correctly. Once you have removed all old TokoVoIP files, simply upload ws_server and tokovoip_script (you may change the resource names if you would like) to your resources folder and reconfigure them to fit your servers needs. You can also run ws_server as a standalone server if you choose to. Once you update the scripts in the resources folder, clear your servers cache and restart your server. Then you're done!
NOTE: THIS UPDATE REQUIRES A CHANGE IN THE CONFIG. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CONFIG!

TokoVoIP v2.0.0
Introducing TokoVoIP V2
First things first, I would like to clarify I do not own the original code of TokoVoIP. I simply am just maintaining it so server owners can continue using it. TokoVoIP (originally developed by Itokoyamato) is a FiveM VoIP script that uses TeamSpeak as the voice server allowing for higher quality voice chat. After I saw the countless amount of people requesting the script to come back, I decided to continue development on the script and create a version 2 of it so that others can continue to use the script.
What's new in V2?
First things first, I would like to mention, we are no where close to being done with V2 and we have a lot on our To-Do list along with any other new ideas/suggestions we get. With that being said, here are the changelogs and new features of TokoVoIP:
• Higher Quality voice chat audio then regular in-game voice chat scripts (such as pma-voice or mumble-voip)
• Phone Call and Radio Effects (With the integration of RadioFX)
• You now have the ability to change the resource name without NUI breaking
• Easy-to-Use TeamSpeak Plugin
• Proximity voice chat unique to each player
• Maintained Development Updates
• Customizable
• Moved TokoVoIP voice overlay to the bottom left so it isn't hidden by the chat
• Added a transparent UI
• Changed around voice ranges (Its now Whisper --> Normal --> Shouting instead of Normal --> Whisper --> Shouting)
• Cleaner code with up-to-date natives
• Fixed several bugs and errors
and much more to come!
Our To-Do List:
- Create an external program so you can connect to toko's radio frequencies (Useful for things such as dispatchers)
- Make the blocking screen toggle-able in the config
- Completely recode the TS3 Plugin to use more modern modules
- Completely add a config option for if you want to use client-sided radio clicks or server-sided ones
- Rewrite ws_server with updated dependencies
- Change default talk ranges in FiveM script config.lua
- Add exports for mumble-voip and pma-voice
- Rework the connection pop up screen
- Change voice proximity key from static to bind-able
- Finish server-sided radio clicks
Our Known-Bugs List:
• ws_server has outdated modules and may not install correctly for some users. We will be recoding this completely to solve this and to enhance performance and optimization.
• Not a bug, but I just thought i'd throw it in here, the FiveM script doesn't have a blocking screen, it just has a transparent pop up with the TokoVoIP information. I will be adding an option in the configuration to toggle this.
If you find any more bugs, feel free to open an issue on Github, or let us know in our Discord server
